Buying your first property can be a terrifying process, but with the guidance of Mahsa, it became a few docu signs away from possession day. Mahsa is not here to help you low ball or sell you the most expensive property to earn a commission. Rather she actually listened to our needs and wants, showing us properties that were reasonable within our budget and how to add equity to our home. Mahsa is also a very reasonable negotiator, patient with her clients and knowledgeable with real estate law including tenant and rental laws. We viewed many homes and even took a pause for a few months before continuing to look for more homes, but despite that, Mahsa was happy to help us schedule more viewing’s, never pressuring us to move forward with offers.
